At Standard Wormwood Distillery, we work with seasonal ingredients and uncommon botanicals sourced from our family’s upstate New York farm, pairing them with our own house-distilled spirits to create a true farm-to-cocktail experience.

We’re not your typical tasting room — think of us as a cocktail bar where every bottle behind the bar was made by us. From spirits and vermouths to aperitivi, amari, bitters, and mixers, every drink is built from the ground up in-house. That means no two cocktails are alike, and you won’t find them anywhere else.
